- What if I don't like the first concept?
You'll see it within 3 days, or your deposit comes back. If the direction's wrong, we fix it before anything gets built.
- How does payment work?
Fixed price, agreed before I start. 50% to kick off, 50% at launch. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
- Do you design it, or do I need designs?
I design and build it. You get one person from first concept to launch, not a designer handing off to a developer. If you already have designs, I'll build from those.
- What do you need from me?
Your logo, any brand guidelines you have, and rough copy. Rough is fine; I'll tighten it for conversion as I build. No guidelines? I'll set them.
- Can you write the copy?
Yes. It's included. Most founders I work with have the product clear in their heads but not on the page. We start with a 30-minute call about your buyer, your product, and what they need to believe to sign up. I draft every section from that, built around one goal: getting the right people to take the next step. You review it and we tighten it together. I've been writing marketing emails, product copy, and launch pages since 2012, including for three companies of my own.
- Why Framer? We're on Webflow.
Framer sites are fast, and your team edits them like a doc, no developer needed. Moving from Webflow is a standard project for me, including your CMS content.
- Do I need a Framer account?
Yes. Hosting is billed by Framer directly. When the build is done, I transfer the project to your workspace, so you own everything.
- Is support included after launch?
30 days of post-launch support for fixes and questions. After that, the Retainer covers new pages, updates, and design assets.
