Counseling for the people
who show up for everyone else.
I’m glad you’ve made the decision to improve your life and I’m excited to be a part of your journey of self-exploration and personal growth. With 11 years of experience working in the behavioral health field I have had the pleasure of seeing hundreds of people find meaning and happiness and have the experience needed to help others find happiness for themselves.

Who I work with
Some jobs ask you to stay steady for everyone else. I specialize in three of them.
Teachers
You spend the day carrying a room full of other people’s needs. This is an hour where you don’t have to.
First responders
Calls add up over a career. We can work through the ones that stayed with you, at a pace you set.
Military & veterans
Whether you’re still serving or years out, you won’t have to explain the basics before we get to work.
I also see adult individuals and couples, whatever work you do.
What we can work on
Most people come in with more than one of these. That’s normal, and we’ll sort out where to start together.
Approaches I use include EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT and psychoanalytic therapy.
Trauma and PTSD
Cumulative traumatic stress
Anxiety
Depression
Substance use
Grief
Life changes
Couples and marriage
Bipolar and cyclothymic disorders
Emotional difficulties
How it starts
Reaching out can feel like the hardest part. Here’s exactly what happens.
1
Call or text
Reach me at (317) 919-7147, or by email if that’s easier. Day or night, you’ll hear back right away.
2
A quick consultation
We’ll talk about what’s going on and whether I’m a good fit. Ask anything about billing or insurance.
3
Your first session
Meet in person at the Greenwood office, or by video if that works better for you.

About Greg
Eleven years of helping people find steadier ground.
With 11 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I’ve had the pleasure of seeing hundreds of people find meaning and happiness, and I have the experience needed to help others find it for themselves.
I work independently and I’m flexible with scheduling. I prefer meeting in person, though I can offer teletherapy on request. I draw on proven methods like EMDR and CBT and fit them to the person in front of me, not the other way around.
I focus on teachers, first responders and military members because those jobs ask people to hold steady for everyone else, and the strain tends to build quietly over years. You shouldn’t have to explain that to your counselor.
I really look forward to meeting you. Brighter tomorrows await. Let’s start the journey.
